Sarah Freeze, LMSW

Sarah Freeze is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides a warm, flexible and relaxed environment with an individualized approach when providing psychotherapy.

Sarah has training in trauma-informed interventions and specializes in issues related to trauma.  These include experiences with physical, sexual, verbal, and emotional abuse or neglect; family conflict; violence; grief or loss; natural disasters, accidents, and medical interventions.

She works with pre-teens, teens, and adults with issues relating to identity, and helps clients learn more about their own selves and how to accept and feel comfortable as they are.  She helps individuals overcome anxiety, depressed mood, difficult personal relationships and risky behaviors by equipping them with personalized strategies that work.
